This system is great for a maintenance clean when carpets are not heavily soiled, but need a freshen up. It is a low moisture system which is great with water restrictions becoming more of an issue. Carpets are normally dry within 2 hours of cleaning. Ideal for short pile carpets and offices.

>> a real clean, a deep clean
This system is excellent on heavily soiled carpets, as it can get deep down into the pile to give it a deep clean. We have the latest technology truckmount system.
Special Cleaning solutions are applied to the carpet and then rinsed (extracted) using warm or hot water. This process removes the dirt and detergents leaving the carpet free of chemical residues and retaining its stain resistant properties. Would you wash and not Rinse? Carpets that have been steam cleaned are cleaner and stay cleaner longer.
Encap SystemThis system is only very new to Australia and developed in the USA and we are getting excellent results. Encap is considered to be a low moisture cleaning system. It will use less than 10% of the volume of water than a hot water extraction clean. This can be a huge advantage where water is a problem (and with tight water restrictions). The process works best for commercial situations as a high powered upright vacuum cleaner is needed for the frequent vacuuming required after cleaning.
The word Encapsulate means “enclose in a capsule” - in the cleaning process the encapsulation chemical is worked into the carpet with a mechanical action and the soil rises to the top in the form of a capsule ready to be removed by vacuuming.
